This broker price opinion is usually included in the listing agreement while selling a property. Real estate agents usually grab BPO orders from loss mitigation firms, mortgage companies, and lenders. These agents also grab BPO orders from homeowners, who desire to sell or refinance their homes. A broker price opinion is time-saving and less expensive than an appraisal.
